The deed of incorporation must contain the articles of association of the public limited company (naamloze vennootschap). The articles of association shall contain the name, the registered office and the objects of the company.
The name shall begin or end with the words Naamloze Vennootschap, either written in full or abbreviated to "N.V.".
The seat must be situated in the Netherlands.
De akte van oprichting moet de statuten van de naamloze vennootschap bevatten. De statuten bevatten de naam, de zetel en het doel van de vennootschap.
De naam vangt aan of eindigt met de woorden Naamloze Vennootschap, hetzij voluit geschreven, hetzij afgekort tot "N.V.".
De zetel moet zijn gelegen in Nederland.
