During the bankruptcy of the public limited company (naamloze vennootschap), no amendment may be made to its articles of association except with the consent of the bankruptcy trustee (curator).
Gedurende het faillissement der naamloze vennootschap kan in haar statuten geen wijziging worden aangebracht dan met toestemming van de curator.
