Insofar as the provisions of this title may be deviated from in the articles of association, such deviation may only be effected by articles of association set forth in writing.
Voorzover van de bepalingen van deze titel in de statuten kan worden afgeweken, kan deze afwijking alleen geschieden bij op schrift gestelde statuten.
