For the application of this title, the 1993 Hague Adoption Convention is understood to mean: the convention concluded at The Hague on 29 May 1993 on the protection of children and co-operation in respect of intercountry adoption (Trb. 1993, 97).
Voor de toepassing van deze titel wordt onder het Haags Adoptieverdrag 1993 verstaan: het op 29 mei 1993 te ’s-Gravenhage tot stand gekomen verdrag inzake de bescherming van kinderen en de samenwerking op het gebied van de interlandelijke adoptie (Trb. 1993, 97).
