Notwithstanding Article 88 of this Book, recognition shall be withheld from a termination of the registered partnership effected abroad if this recognition is manifestly incompatible with public policy.

Ongeacht artikel 88 van dit Boek wordt aan een in het buitenland tot stand gekomen beëindiging van het geregistreerd partnerschap erkenning onthouden indien deze erkenning kennelijk onverenigbaar is met de openbare orde.
