Notwithstanding Articles 57 and 58 of this Book, recognition shall be withheld from a dissolution of marriage effected abroad if this recognition is manifestly incompatible with public policy.
Ongeacht de artikelen 57 en 58 van dit Boek wordt aan een in het buitenland tot stand gekomen ontbinding van het huwelijk erkenning onthouden indien deze erkenning kennelijk onverenigbaar is met de openbare orde.
