Insofar as necessary in connection with the out-of-home placement of the minor, the certified institution may, for the duration thereof, restrict the contact between a parent vested with authority and the minor.
The decision of the certified institution shall be deemed a written instruction. Article 264 and Article 265 shall apply mutatis mutandis, on the understanding that the child care and protection judge may establish such an arrangement as he deems desirable in the interest of the minor.
Voor zover noodzakelijk in verband met de uithuisplaatsing van de minderjarige, kan de gecertificeerde instelling voor de duur daarvan de contacten tussen een met het gezag belaste ouder en de minderjarige beperken.
De beslissing van de gecertificeerde instelling geldt als een schriftelijke aanwijzing. Artikel 264 en artikel 265 zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing, met dien verstande dat de kinderrechter een zodanige regeling kan vaststellen als hem in het belang van de minderjarige wenselijk voorkomt.
