By revocation of the adoption, the family law relationship between the adopted person and their children on the one hand, and the adoptive parent or adoptive parents and their relatives by blood on the other hand, shall cease to exist.
The family law relationship which had ceased to exist as a result of the adoption shall be revived by the revocation.
Article 230 shall apply mutatis mutandis with regard to the revocation.
Door herroeping van de adoptie houdt de familierechtelijke betrekking tussen de geadopteerde en zijn kinderen enerzijds en de adoptiefouder of adoptiefouders en zijn bloedverwanten anderzijds op te bestaan.
De familierechtelijke betrekking die door de adoptie opgehouden had te bestaan, herleeft door de herroeping.
Artikel 230 vindt ten aanzien van de herroeping overeenkomstige toepassing.
