The holder of the certification mark shall submit any amendment to the regulations governing its use to the Office.
Amendments to the regulations shall be recorded in the register, unless the amended regulations do not comply with Article 2.35ter or give rise to a ground for refusal as referred to in Article 2.35quater.
For the purposes of this treaty, amendments to the regulations for use shall only become effective as of the date on which the amendment is entered in the register.
De houder van het certificeringsmerk legt elke wijziging van het gebruiksreglement voor aan het Bureau.
Wijzigingen van het reglement worden in het register vermeld tenzij het gewijzigde reglement niet voldoet aan artikel 2.35ter of een in artikel 2.35quater vermelde weigeringsgrond doet ontstaan.
Voor de toepassing van dit verdrag worden wijzigingen van het gebruiksreglement pas van kracht vanaf de datum waarop de wijziging in het register wordt vermeld.
