The holder of the collective mark shall submit every amendment of the regulations to the Office.
Amendments to the regulations shall be recorded in the register, unless the amended regulations do not comply with Article 2.34ter or give rise to a ground for refusal as referred to in Article 2.34quater.
For the application of this treaty, amendments to the regulations shall only become effective as of the date on which those amendments are entered in the register.
De houder van het collectieve merk legt het Bureau elke wijziging van het reglement voor.
Wijzigingen van het reglement worden in het register vermeld tenzij het gewijzigde reglement niet voldoet aan artikel 2.34ter of een in artikel 2.34quater vermelde weigeringsgrond doet ontstaan.
Voor de toepassing van dit verdrag worden wijzigingen van het reglement pas van kracht vanaf de datum waarop die wijzigingen in het register worden vermeld.
