Where a design or model has been created under the circumstances referred to in Article 3.8, the copyright in said design or model shall vest in the person who is considered the designer in accordance with the provisions of that Article.
Wanneer een tekening of model onder de omstandigheden als bedoeld in artikel 3.8 werd ontworpen, komt het auteursrecht inzake bedoelde tekening of model toe aan degene die overeenkomstig het in dat artikel bepaalde als de ontwerper wordt beschouwd.
