TERRITORIAL SCOPE

Source

1. This Directive shall not apply to the following territories forming part of the customs territory of the Community:

(a) Mount Athos;

(b) the Canary Islands;

(d) the Åland Islands;

(e) the Channel Islands.

2. This Directive shall not apply to the following territories not forming part of the customs territory of the Community:

(a) the Island of Heligoland;

(b) the territory of Büsingen;

(d) Melilla;

(e) Livigno;

(f) Campione d'Italia;

(g) the Italian waters of Lake Lugano.

1. Deze richtlijn is niet van toepassing op de volgende gebieden die deel uitmaken van het douanegebied van de Gemeenschap:

a) de berg Athos;

b) de Canarische Eilanden;

c) de Franse overzeese departementen;

d) de Ålandseilanden;

e) de Kanaaleilanden.

2. Deze richtlijn is niet van toepassing op de volgende gebieden die geen deel uitmaken van het douanegebied van de Gemeenschap:

a) het eiland Helgoland;

b) het gebied Büsingen;

c) Ceuta;

d) Melilla;

e) Livigno;

f) Campione d'Italia;

g) de Italiaanse wateren van het meer van Lugano.
