Our Minister shall take a decision on revocation on the basis of Article 14, paragraph 1, 2 or 3, of the Kingdom Act no later than within sixteen weeks after he has made the notification referred to in the first paragraph of Article 66.
The decision to revoke as referred to in Article 14, paragraphs 1 to 4 inclusive, of the Kingdom Act shall state the persons whose Dutch nationality has been revoked.
Onze Minister neemt een besluit tot intrekking op grond van artikel 14, eerste, tweede of derde lid, van de Rijkswet uiterlijk binnen zestien weken nadat hij de in het eerste lid van artikel 66 bedoelde mededeling gedaan heeft.
Het besluit tot intrekking als bedoeld in artikel 14, eerste tot en met vierde lid, van de Rijkswet vermeldt de personen wier Nederlanderschap is ingetrokken.
