in forceAdministrative handling of option declarations · § Administrative processing of option declarations in Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten
The Governor shall receive the option declarations from optants who are registered as residents in the basic records (basisadministratie) of Aruba, Curaçao or Sint Maarten respectively.
He shall also receive the option declarations of optants who, pursuant to the regulations regarding the basic administration (basisadministratie) applicable in that location, are not eligible for registration as a resident in the basic administration, provided they have their principal residence in Aruba, Curaçao or Sint Maarten respectively.
He moreover receives the option declarations of optants who have residence in Aruba, Curaçao or Sint Maarten respectively and no principal residence anywhere in the world.
The optants referred to in the first, second and third paragraphs shall receive a copy of their option declaration.
The Governor shall not process any declarations of option from persons other than those mentioned in the first, second, and third paragraphs.
Option declarations shall, upon receipt, be provided with a date and an official stamp.
De Gouverneur neemt de optieverklaringen in ontvangst van optanten die als ingezetenen zijn ingeschreven in de basisadministratie van Aruba, Curaçao onderscheidenlijk Sint Maarten.
Hij neemt tevens in ontvangst de optieverklaringen van optanten die ingevolge de ter plaatse geldende voorschriften omtrent de basisadministratie niet voor inschrijving als ingezetene in de basisadministratie in aanmerking komen, indien zij hoofdverblijf hebben in Aruba, Curaçao onderscheidenlijk Sint Maarten.
Hij neemt bovendien in ontvangst de optieverklaringen van optanten die in Aruba, Curaçao onderscheidenlijk Sint Maarten verblijf hebben en nergens ter wereld hoofdverblijf.
De in de in het eerste, tweede en derde lid bedoelde optanten ontvangen een afschrift van hun optieverklaring.
De Gouverneur neemt geen optieverklaringen in behandeling van anderen dan die genoemd in het eerste, tweede en derde lid.
Optieverklaringen worden bij ontvangst voorzien van een datum en een dienststempel.
