Article 4
in forceThe amount of the fee due to the State by way of an advance, as referred to in Article 7, paragraph 1, of the Housing Prices Implementation Act (Uitvoeringswet huurprijzen woonruimte), and the amount of the fee referred to in that paragraph, shall be determined at:
if the petitioner or the party who is not the petitioner is a tenant: € 25, or
if the petitioner or the party who is not the petitioner is a lessor: € 500.
If the Rent Tribunal has rendered a decision on a petition in three consecutive calendar years on two, three, or four or more occasions respectively, and has thereby ruled, having regard to the purport of the petition, that the landlord is the unsuccessful party, then in paragraph 1, point (b), the amounts of € 500, € 700, € 1,400, and € 1,750 shall be read respectively.
The amount of the fee due to the State, as referred to in Article 7a, paragraph 1, of the Housing Prices Implementation Act (Uitvoeringswet huurprijzen woonruimte), is set at € 100.
Het bedrag van de bij wijze van voorschot aan de Staat verschuldigde vergoeding, bedoeld in artikel 7, eerste lid, van de Uitvoeringswet huurprijzen woonruimte, en het bedrag van de vergoeding, bedoeld in dat lid, wordt vastgesteld op:
indien de verzoeker dan wel de partij die niet de verzoeker is een huurder is: € 25, dan wel
indien de verzoeker dan wel de partij die niet de verzoeker is een verhuurder is: € 500.
Indien de huurcommissie in drie achtereenvolgende kalenderjaren onderscheidenlijk tweemaal, driemaal of viermaal of meer op een verzoek uitspraak heeft gedaan en daarbij, gelet op de strekking van het verzoekschrift, heeft geoordeeld dat de verhuurder de in het ongelijk gestelde partij is, wordt in het eerste lid, onderdeel b, voor € 500 onderscheidenlijk € 700, € 1.400, en € 1.750 gelezen.
Het bedrag van de aan de Staat verschuldigde vergoeding, bedoeld in artikel 7a, eerste lid, van de Uitvoeringswet huurprijzen woonruimte, wordt vastgesteld op € 100.
