The guidelines referred to in the first paragraph shall remain applicable with respect to petitions for a change of surname submitted prior to the entry into force of this decree, provided that such applicability results in the petition being granted in a manner other than by the application of this decree.
De Richtlijnen voor geslachtsnaamswijziging 1989 (Stcr. 1989, 1) worden ingetrokken.
De in het eerste lid bedoelde richtlijnen blijven van toepassing ten aanzien van verzoeken voor geslachtsnaamswijziging die zijn ingediend voor de inwerkingtreding van dit besluit, zulks indien die toepasselijkheid ertoe leidt dat het verzoek anders dan bij toepassing van dit besluit wordt toegewezen.
