in forceThe expert shall perform the DNA analysis within the time limit set by the public prosecutor, the assistant public prosecutor, or the examining magistrate, respectively, who has issued the order to perform the DNA analysis. The time limit shall be determined after consultation with the laboratory to which the expert is affiliated.
The expert shall perform the DNA analysis in accordance with one of the methods approved at the time of granting the accreditation to the laboratory to which he is affiliated.
De deskundige verricht het DNA-onderzoek binnen de termijn die de officier van justitie, de hulpofficier van justitie onderscheidenlijk de rechter-commissaris die de opdracht tot het verrichten van het DNA-onderzoek heeft gegeven, heeft gesteld. De termijn wordt na overleg met het laboratorium waaraan de deskundige is verbonden, vastgesteld.
De deskundige verricht het DNA-onderzoek volgens een van de methoden die zijn goedgekeurd bij het verlenen van de accreditatie aan het laboratorium waaraan hij is verbonden.
