in forceIf the DNA analysis is to be performed in a laboratory other than the laboratory that received the cell material, the receiving laboratory shall ensure that said cell material is delivered to the laboratory that will perform the DNA analysis as soon as possible in packaging provided with the trace identification number referred to in Article 6, paragraph 1, under a, and with one or more tamper-evident seals or a tamper-evident closure.
Article 6, paragraph 1, under d, applies mutatis mutandis to the receiving laboratory referred to in the first paragraph. Article 6, paragraph 1, applies mutatis mutandis to the laboratory that will perform the DNA analysis.
Indien het DNA-onderzoek zal worden verricht in een ander laboratorium dan het laboratorium dat het celmateriaal heeft ontvangen, zorgt het ontvangende laboratorium ervoor dat dat celmateriaal zo spoedig mogelijk in een verpakking dat voorzien is van het sporenidentificatienummer, bedoeld in artikel 6, eerste lid, onder a, en van een of meer fraudebestendige sluitzegels of een fraudebestendige afsluiting, wordt bezorgd bij het laboratorium dat het DNA-onderzoek zal verrichten.
Op het ontvangende laboratorium, bedoeld in het eerste lid, is artikel 6, eerste lid, onder d, van overeenkomstige toepassing. Op het laboratorium dat het DNA-onderzoek zal verrichten, is artikel 6, eerste lid, van overeenkomstige toepassing.
