The provisional birth certificate, referred to in Article 19a, paragraph 2, of Book 1 of the Civil Code, shall state the data mentioned in Article 43 insofar as these are known.
De voorlopige akte van geboorte, bedoeld in de artikelen 19a, tweede lid, van Boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek vermeldt de in artikel 43 genoemde gegevens voor zover deze bekend zijn.
