If a declaration has been made in accordance with Article 55, under (b), of Book 1 of the Civil Code, the registrar of the municipality where the marriage was to be solemnised (voltrekking van het huwelijk), or where the registered partnership (geregistreerd partnerschap) was to be entered into, shall draw up a deed thereof, which shall be signed by him and by the person who has made the declaration.

Indien een verklaring is afgelegd overeenkomstig artikel 55, onder b, van Boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek, maakt de ambtenaar van de burgerlijke stand waar het huwelijk zou worden voltrokken, dan wel het geregistreerd partnerschap zou worden aangegaan hiervan een akte op, welke door hem en degene die de verklaring heeft afgelegd wordt ondertekend.
