The extract, referred to in Articles 19a, paragraph 2, and 19g, paragraph 2, of Book 1 of the Civil Code, shall be drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Convention on the issue of multilingual extracts from civil status records, concluded at Vienna on 8 September 1976.
In the case referred to in Article 19j, paragraph 2, under (b), of Book 1 of the Civil Code, if it concerns the death of a member of the military or of another person belonging to the armed forces on a warship or in a military aircraft, an extract of the deed shall be sent to Our Minister of Defence.
Het uittreksel, bedoeld in de artikelen 19a, tweede lid en 19g, tweede lid, van Boek I van het Burgerlijk Wetboek wordt opgemaakt overeenkomstig de bepalingen van de op 8 september 1976 te Wenen tot stand gekomen Overeenkomst betreffende de uitgifte van meertalige uittreksels uit akten van de burgerlijke stand.
In het geval bedoeld in artikel 19j, tweede lid, onder b, van Boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek wordt, indien het een overlijden betreft van een militair of van een andere persoon die tot de krijgsmacht behoort op een oorlogsvaartuig of in een militair luchtvaartuig, een uittreksel van de akte aan Onze Minister van Defensie toegezonden.
