The registrar of births, deaths, marriages and registered partnerships and the extraordinary registrar of births, deaths, marriages and registered partnerships shall perform their official duties in the town hall.
The registrar of births, deaths, marriages and registered partnerships and the extraordinary registrar of births, deaths, marriages and registered partnerships may also perform official duties elsewhere within the municipality insofar as compelling reasons exist for doing so.
