in forceThe provisions of this Convention cannot in any way affect the right of the Government of each country of the Union to permit, to control, or to prohibit by legislation or regulation, the circulation, presentation, or exhibition of any work or production in regard to which the competent authority may find it necessary to exercise that right.
De bepalingen van deze Conventie kunnen in geen enkel opzicht afbreuk doen aan het recht van de Regering van elk land van de Unie om door maatregelen van wetgeving of bestuur de verspreiding, opvoering of tentoonstelling van elk werk of voortbrengsel ten aanzien waarvan het bevoegde gezag dat recht meent te moeten uitoefenen, toe te staan, onder toezicht te stellen of te verbieden.
