1).

Authors of literary works shall enjoy the exclusive right of authorizing:

1°.

the public recitation of their works, including such public recitation by any means or process;

2°.

any communication to the public of the recitation of their works.

2).

Authors of literary works shall enjoy, during the full term of their rights in the original works, the same rights with respect to translations thereof.

Auteurs van letterkundige werken genieten het uitsluitend recht toestemming te verlenen tot:

1°.

de openbare voordracht van hun werken, met inbegrip van de openbare voordracht met alle middelen of werkwijzen;

2°.

de openbare overbrenging met alle middelen, van de voordracht van hun werken.

2).

Dezelfde rechten worden toegekend aan auteurs van letterkundige werken gedurende de gehele duur van hun rechten op het oorspronkelijke werk, ten aanzien van de vertaling van hun werken.
