The rules established pursuant to Article 37c of the Criminal Code, as this article was in force prior to the entry into force of this Act, shall be deemed to have been established pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Act.
De regels vastgesteld krachtens artikel 37c van het Wetboek van Strafrecht, zoals dit artikel gold vóór de inwerkingtreding van deze wet, worden geacht te zijn vastgesteld krachtens de toepasselijke bepalingen van deze wet.
