For the application of Articles 9a, 16, seventh paragraph, first sentence, preamble and point (c), 23, first paragraph, preamble and point (c), and 24a, preamble and point (c), the Benefits Agency (Dienst Toeslagen) may process special categories of personal data and personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences as referred to in Section 3.1 and Section 3.2, respectively, of the Implementation Act General Data Protection Regulation, which form part of a report as referred to in Article 2, first paragraph, point (q).
Voor de toepassing van de artikelen 9a, 16, zevende lid, eerste volzin, aanhef en onderdeel c, 23, eerste lid, aanhef en onderdeel c en 24a, aanhef en onderdeel c, kan de Dienst Toeslagen bijzondere categorieën van persoonsgegevens en persoonsgegevens van strafrechtelijke aard als bedoeld in paragraaf 3.1, onderscheidenlijk paragraaf 3.2, van de Uitvoeringswet Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming verwerken die onderdeel zijn van een melding als bedoeld in artikel 2, eerste lid, onderdeel q.
