This Act does not apply to:

legal relationships within religious denominations as well as their independent constituent parts and bodies in which they are united, as well as within other denominations based on spiritual grounds;

the spiritual office.

Deze wet is niet van toepassing op:

rechtsverhoudingen binnen kerkgenootschappen alsmede hun zelfstandige onderdelen en lichamen waarin zij zijn verenigd, alsmede binnen andere genootschappen op geestelijke grondslag;

het geestelijk ambt.
