Before an appeal body decides on the appeal, it shall afford interested parties the opportunity to be heard.
The appellate body shall in any event notify the submitter of the notice of appeal thereof, as well as the administrative authority that took the decision and the interested parties who have put forward their views during the preparation of the decision or during the consideration of the notice of objection.
Voordat een beroepsorgaan op het beroep beslist, stelt het belanghebbenden in de gelegenheid te worden gehoord.
Het beroepsorgaan stelt daarvan in ieder geval de indiener van het beroepschrift op de hoogte, alsmede het bestuursorgaan dat het besluit heeft genomen en de belanghebbenden die bij de voorbereiding van het besluit of bij de behandeling van het bezwaarschrift hun zienswijze naar voren hebben gebracht.
