Article 6:2

For the application of statutory provisions concerning objection and appeal, the following shall be equated with a decision:
a.
the written refusal to take a decision, and
b.
Failure to take a timely decision.
Voor de toepassing van wettelijke voorschriften over bezwaar en beroep worden met een besluit gelijkgesteld:
a.
de schriftelijke weigering een besluit te nemen, en
b.
het niet tijdig nemen van een besluit.
