1.
The administrative authority to which advice is issued shall make available to the advisor, whether or not upon request, the data that are necessary for the proper performance of his task.

Article 10 of the Government Information (Public Access) Act applies mutatis mutandis.

Het bestuursorgaan waaraan advies wordt uitgebracht, stelt aan de adviseur, al dan niet op verzoek, de gegevens ter beschikking die nodig zijn voor een goede vervulling van diens taak.

Artikel 10 van de Wet openbaarheid van bestuur is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
