To decisions containing generally binding regulations:
Section 3.2 is only applicable insofar as the nature of the resolutions does not preclude this;
Sections 3.6 and 3.7 do not apply.
To acts of administrative authorities other than decisions, Divisions 3.2 up to and including 3.4 apply mutatis mutandis, insofar as the nature of the acts does not preclude this.
Op besluiten, inhoudende algemeen verbindende voorschriften:
is afdeling 3.2 slechts van toepassing, voor zover de aard van de besluiten zich daartegen niet verzet;
zijn de afdelingen 3.6 en 3.7 niet van toepassing.
Op andere handelingen van bestuursorganen dan besluiten zijn de afdelingen 3.2 tot en met 3.4 van overeenkomstige toepassing, voor zover de aard van de handelingen zich daartegen niet verzet.
