The amount of the compensation referred to in Article 4:113, paragraph 1, and the amounts established in Articles 8:41, paragraph 2, and 8:109, paragraph 1, and pursuant to Articles 7:15, paragraph 4, 7:28, paragraph 5, and 8:75, paragraph 1, shall be adjusted annually with effect from 1 January by regulation of Our Minister of Security and Justice to the development of the consumer price index. In doing so, the amounts shall be arithmetically rounded to whole euros.
The other amounts fixed by or pursuant to this Act may be adjusted by regulation of Our Minister of Security and Justice insofar as the consumer price index gives cause to do so.
Het bedrag van de vergoeding, bedoeld in artikel 4:113, eerste lid, en de bedragen, vastgesteld in de artikelen 8:41, tweede lid, en 8:109, eerste lid, en krachtens de artikelen 7:15, vierde lid, 7:28, vijfde lid, en 8:75, eerste lid, worden jaarlijks met ingang van 1 januari bij regeling van Onze Minister van Veiligheid en Justitie aangepast aan de ontwikkeling van de consumentenprijsindex. Daarbij worden de bedragen rekenkundig afgerond op gehele euro’s.
De overige bij of krachtens deze wet vastgestelde bedragen kunnen bij regeling van Onze Minister van Veiligheid en Justitie worden aangepast voor zover de consumentenprijsindex daartoe aanleiding geeft.
