This Act shall remain applicable to all works of literature, science or art which were published for the first time before 27 December 1949 in the Netherlands East Indies or before 1 October 1962 in Netherlands New Guinea by or on behalf of the author.
Deze wet blijft van toepassing op alle werken van letterkunde, wetenschap of kunst, welke voor de eerste maal vóór 27 december 1949 in Nederlandsch-Indië of vóór 1 oktober 1962 in Nederlands-Nieuw-Guinea door of vanwege de maker zijn uitgegeven.
