Article 45db

By Order in Council, Article 45da may be declared applicable to the making available to the public of the cinematographic work. In that event, the second sentence of Article 45d, paragraph 2, shall not apply.
Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur kan artikel 45da van toepassing worden verklaard op de beschikbaarstelling voor het publiek van het filmwerk. Artikel 45d, tweede lid, tweede zin is alsdan niet van toepassing.
