Article 45b

If one of the authors does not wish or is unable to complete his contribution to the cinematographic work, he may not, unless otherwise agreed in writing, oppose the use by the producer of that contribution, insofar as it has already been completed, for the purpose of completing the cinematographic work. With regard to the contribution completed by him, he shall be considered an author within the meaning of Article 45a.
Indien een van de makers zijn bijdrage tot het filmwerk niet geheel tot stand wil of kan brengen, kan hij zich, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen is, niet verzetten tegen het gebruik door de producent van die bijdrage, voor zover deze reeds tot stand is gebracht, ten behoeve van de voltooiing van het filmwerk. Voor de door hem tot stand gebrachte bijdrage geldt hij als maker in de zin van artikel 45a.
