The person entitled to the resale right may, for a period of three years from the time at which the remuneration referred to in Article 43a, paragraph 1, has become due and payable, demand from the person who is obliged to pay the remuneration all information necessary to secure the payment of the remuneration.
De gerechtigde op het volgrecht kan gedurende drie jaar na het tijdstip waarop de vergoeding bedoeld in artikel 43a, eerste lid, opeisbaar is geworden, van degene die verplicht is tot betaling van de vergoeding alle inlichtingen verlangen die noodzakelijk zijn om de betaling van de vergoeding veilig te stellen.
