In the event of a musical work with lyrics where the copyright in the music and the copyright in the lyrics are vested in different persons, the copyright shall expire seventy years after the first of January of the year following the year of death of the last surviving author.
Indien in het geval van een muziekwerk met woorden het auteursrecht op de muziek en het auteursrecht op de woorden berusten bij verschillende personen, vervalt het auteursrecht door verloop van 70 jaren, te rekenen van de 1e januari van het jaar volgende op het sterfjaar van de langstlevende van hen.
