For works for which the duration of copyright is not calculated according to the provisions of Article 37 and which have not been lawfully made public within 70 years of their creation, the copyright shall expire.
Voor werken, waarvan de duur van het auteursrecht niet wordt berekend naar de bepalingen van artikel 37 en die niet binnen 70 jaren na hun totstandkoming op rechtmatige wijze zijn openbaar gemaakt, vervalt het auteursrecht.
