Any person who, in a written application or statement intended to be used in the business of a party that, with the consent of Our Minister of Justice and Security, provides mediation regarding music copyright, for the purpose of determining the amount due for copyright, intentionally makes an incorrect or incomplete statement, shall be punished by detention for a term not exceeding three months or a fine of the third category.
The act constitutes an offence.
Hij die in een schriftelijke aanvrage of opgave, dienende om in het bedrijf van degene, die met toestemming van Onze Minister van Justitie en Veiligheid bemiddeling verleent inzake muziekauteursrecht, te worden gebezigd bij de vaststelling van het wegens auteursrecht verschuldigde, opzettelijk een onjuiste of onvolledige mededeling doet, wordt gestraft met hechtenis van ten hoogste drie maanden of geldboete van de derde categorie.
Het feit is een overtreding.
