Any person who, without having obtained the required consent of Our Minister of Justice and Security, performs acts that pertain to a business as referred to in Article 30a, shall be punished with a fine of the fourth category.

The act is considered an offence.

Hij die, zonder dat de vereischte toestemming van Onze Minister van Justitie en Veiligheid is verkregen, handelingen verricht, die behooren tot een bedrijf als bedoeld bij artikel 30a, wordt gestraft met geldboete van de vierde categorie.

Het feit wordt beschouwd als eene overtreding.
