The parties are obliged to conduct negotiations regarding the consent for disclosure by means of transmission, as referred to in Article 26a, paragraph 1, in good faith and not to prevent or obstruct them without a valid reason.
Partijen zijn verplicht de onderhandelingen over de toestemming voor de openbaarmaking door middel van doorgifte, bedoeld in artikel 26a, eerste lid, te goeder trouw te voeren en niet zonder geldige reden te verhinderen of te belemmeren.
