An administrative fine shall be imposed by the supervisory authority referred to in Article 8:1, paragraph 1, or in Article 8:1, paragraph 2, with respect to the persons referred to in Article 5:12, paragraph 2, subparagraph a, with respect to work performed by them in or on motor vehicles.
Without prejudice to Article 5:48, paragraph 1, of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht), the order shall in any event state:
the official number under which the vehicle in question is registered;
the holder of the registration mark.
Een bestuurlijke boete wordt opgelegd door de toezichthouder, bedoeld in artikel 8:1, eerste lid, of in artikel 8:1, tweede lid, ten aanzien van de in artikel 5:12, tweede lid, onderdeel a, bedoelde personen ten aanzien van arbeid door hen verricht in of op motorrijtuigen.
Onverminderd artikel 5:48, eerste lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht vermeldt de beschikking in ieder geval:
het officiële nummer waaronder het desbetreffende voertuig is geregistreerd;
de houder van het kenteken.
