Article 7, as it read on the day preceding the entry into force of Article III, part A, of the Act on the simplification of SVB regulations, shall remain applicable after the entry into force of that article part to persons who, on that day, are entitled to an old-age pension pursuant to Article 7.
Artikel 7, zoals dat luidde op de dag voorafgaand aan de inwerkingtreding van artikel III, onderdeel A, van de Wet vereenvoudiging regelingen SVB blijft na de inwerkingtreding van dat artikelonderdeel van toepassing op personen die op die dag op grond van artikel 7 recht hebben op ouderdomspensioen.
