The Social Insurance Bank (Sociale verzekeringsbank) may recover the amount reclaimed pursuant to Article 24, paragraph 1, by means of a writ of execution.
Article 17i shall apply mutatis mutandis, on the understanding that if the average income of the pension beneficiary or his legal representative has not exceeded the exempt amount (beslagvrije voet) referred to in Articles 475c up to and including 475e of the Code of Civil Procedure for a period of three years, the Social Insurance Bank shall set the repayment amounts at a lower level.
De Sociale verzekeringsbank kan hetgeen is teruggevorderd op grond van artikel 24, eerste lid, invorderen bij dwangbevel.
Artikel 17i is van overeenkomstige toepassing, met dien verstande dat indien het gemiddeld inkomen van de pensioengerechtigde of zijn wettelijke vertegenwoordiger gedurende drie jaar de beslagvrije voet bedoeld in de artikelen 475c tot en met 475e van het Wetboek van Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering niet te boven is gegaan, de Sociale verzekeringsbank de aflossingsbedragen lager vaststelt.
