in forceEach State Party shall enact legislation or take other measures necessary to ensure that its legislation complies with the provisions of this Convention and shall notify the Secretary General of the Council of Europe thereof.
Elke Staat die Partij is, brengt wetgeving tot stand of treft andere maatregelen die nodig zijn om te waarborgen dat zijn wetgeving voldoet aan de bepalingen van dit Verdrag en stelt de Secretaris-Generaal van de Raad van Europa hiervan in kennis.
