The Tax and Customs Administration (Rijksbelastingdienst) collects the income-related contribution.
In the recovery of the contribution, the rules applicable to the recovery of wage tax or income tax, respectively, shall apply mutatis mutandis, depending on whether Article 49, paragraph one or two, or paragraph three, is applicable.

Bij de invordering van de bijdrage zijn, naar gelang artikel 49, eerste of tweede, dan wel derde lid, van toepassing is, de regels geldende voor de invordering van loonbelasting, onderscheidenlijk de inkomstenbelasting van overeenkomstige toepassing.
