1.
A health insurer that no longer wishes to offer or execute health insurance policies shall notify the health authority of its intention to do so in writing, stating the date as of which it will no longer execute any health insurance policies.
2.
Article 26 shall apply mutatis mutandis.

Een zorgverzekeraar die geen zorgverzekeringen meer wenst aan te bieden of uit te voeren, meldt het voornemen hiertoe schriftelijk aan de zorgautoriteit, onder vermelding van de dag met ingang waarvan hij geen zorgverzekeringen meer zal uitvoeren.
2.
Artikel 26 is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
