During the first twelve months for which an insurance as referred to in Article 9d is in effect, the policyholder shall owe an administrative premium to the CAK from the first day of the calendar month following the month in which he has reached the age of eighteen years.
The amount of the administrative law premium shall be determined by ministerial regulation as a percentage of the average premium.
Article 18d, paragraph 6, shall apply.
Gedurende de eerste twaalf maanden waarover een verzekering als bedoeld in artikel 9d loopt, is de verzekeringnemer vanaf de eerste dag van de kalendermaand volgende op de maand waarin hij de leeftijd van achttien jaren heeft bereikt aan het CAK een bestuursrechtelijke premie verschuldigd.
De hoogte van de bestuursrechtelijke premie wordt bij ministeriële regeling vastgesteld op een percentage van de gemiddelde premie.
Artikel 18d, zesde lid, is van toepassing.
