With respect to the insured person whose first day of incapacity to perform their work due to illness occurred before the time of entry into force of Article IX, parts A and B, of the Act amending the WW-system, Articles 29, paragraph 2, part d, and 36, paragraph 1, shall remain applicable as they read on or before that time, and Article 29, paragraph 12, shall remain inapplicable.
Ten aanzien van de verzekerde wiens eerste dag van ongeschiktheid tot het verrichten van zijn arbeid wegens ziekte is gelegen voor het tijdstip van inwerkingtreding van artikel IX, onderdelen A en B, van de Wet wijziging WW-stelsel, blijven de artikelen 29, tweede lid, onderdeel d, en 36, eerste lid, van toepassing zoals deze luidden op of voor dat tijdstip, en blijft artikel 29, twaalfde lid, buiten toepassing.
