Articles 15 and 16 and the provisions based thereon, and Article 29, paragraph 7, as they read prior to 1 July 2015, shall remain applicable with respect to the employee whose first day of unemployment under the Unemployment Act (Werkloosheidswet) occurred before that commencement, provided that the right to sickness benefit, as referred to in Article 29, paragraph 2, arose before the conversion referred to in Article 130z, paragraph 2, or Article 130aa, paragraph 1, of the Unemployment Act.
Article 29h shall not apply with respect to the employee whose first day of unemployment under the Unemployment Act (Werkloosheidswet) occurred before 1 July 2015, provided that the right to sickness benefit, as referred to in Article 29, paragraph 2, arose before the conversion referred to in Article 130z, paragraph 2, or Article 130aa, paragraph 1, of the Unemployment Act.
This Article shall lapse at a time to be determined by Royal Decree.
De artikelen 15 en 16 en de daarop berustende bepalingen en artikel 29, zevende lid, zoals deze luidden voor 1 juli 2015 blijven van toepassing met betrekking tot de werknemer wiens eerste dag van werkloosheid op grond van de Werkloosheidswet is gelegen voor die inwerkingtreding mits het recht op ziekengeld, bedoeld in artikel 29, tweede lid, is ontstaan voor de omzetting, bedoeld in artikel 130z, tweede lid, of 130aa, eerste lid, van de Werkloosheidswet.
Artikel 29h is niet van toepassing met betrekking tot de werknemer wiens eerste dag van werkloosheid op grond van de Werkloosheidswet is gelegen voor 1 juli 2015, mits het recht op ziekengeld, bedoeld in artikel 29, tweede lid, is ontstaan voor de omzetting, bedoeld in artikel 130z, tweede lid, of 130aa, eerste lid, van de Werkloosheidswet.
Dit artikel vervalt op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip.
